One
day of paid sick leave each month for an annual total of twelve

5. Annual Leave
An employee accrues annual leave at the rate of one(1) day for
each full
month
of service, i.e., a total of twelve (12) days per year, for the
first three
(3) years
of employment.
An employee accrues annual leave at the rate of one and
one-fourth (1 1/4)
days for each full month of service, i.e. a total of fifteen
(15) work days per
year
beginning the fourth year through the fifth year.
An employee accrues annual leave at the rate of one and one-half
(1 ½) days
for each full month of service, i.e., a total of (18) work days
per year
beginning
the sixth year of employment.
An employee will accrue annual leave at the rate of two (2)days
for each full
month of service, i.e., a total of twenty-four (24) work days
per year beginning
the sixteenth year of employment.
