Domestic
Relations
Assist clients in these areas: divorce with children, divorce without
children, and paternity. Provide basic information on domestic
relations issues and assist clients in completing self-help forms.
Advice Only
Meet with pre-scheduled clients to determine the legal merits of
their case, provide advice, and determine the next course of
action.
Will Clinic
At this clinic, offered in
Sierra Vista quarterly, volunteer attorneys help
clients write and execute
their wills.
Guardianship Clinic
The Guardianship Clinic provides prospective guardians of minors with
legal assistance in requesting a guardianship in probate court.
Through this project, volunteer attorneys conduct clinics to answer
questions concerning guardianship and to help the prospective
guardians complete the requisite legal paperwork.
