Erin Fox
December 2009
Erin Fox has been
selected as the
Outstanding Pro
Bono Attorney of the
Month for
December. Erin began her
work with the
Volunteer Lawyers Program
as a law student,
participating in all of the
VLP Clinics and
serving as a student
coordinator for
two years. As an attorney,
Erin’s involvement
in the VLP has included
direct
representation of clients in domestic
relations/domestic
violence cases and
participation in
the VLP Domestic Relations
Clinic and
Self‑Service Center project. The
VLP is excited
that Erin has decided to continue the volunteer work that she
began as a
student. She serves as a wonderful example to the students that
follow in her
path. The VLP’s monthly award is a distinct honor: of the 1220
attorneys who
volunteer their time with VLP, only 12 receive the VLP’s
Outstanding Pro
Bono Attorney award each year.
